Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Alleviate Home Personal Care LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile service provider.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message (this will unsubscribe you from future messages)
- Contacting us directly at 219-803-0405 and requesting removal from our SMS list
- Leaving the SMS consent box unchecked on any forms
After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your request.
